Clearbook is a personal expense tracker that keeps every transaction on your phone. There is no account, no server, no subscription and no bank connection: you record what you spend, import statements your bank gives you, set budgets, and read reports — all from a database that never leaves the device.
Money is stored as whole cents and added with integer arithmetic. Transfers are never counted as income or spending; paying a credit card is a transfer. Refunds reduce the category they belong to. Recurring bills can be listed and recorded, but recording one does not pay it. A backup is one file you keep, optionally protected with a passphrase, and it restores on iPhone or Android.
