SkyBooker
Effective 15 September 2026
These terms govern your use of SkyBooker. By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The two that matter most. SkyBooker compares offers; it does not sell them. Your booking, payment, ticket, refund and any change are with the seller whose site you book on, under that seller's terms. And prices move — the price the app shows is the price the seller reported at the moment of the search, and the price on the seller's checkout page is the one that counts.
SkyBooker is published by Apex Root Solutions LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its registered office in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, and its principal place of business in Cedar Hill, Dallas County, Texas. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the person using the app.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 18 to book travel with a seller. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use SkyBooker on Apple or Android devices you own or control, for planning your own travel. You may not copy, sell, rent, sub-licence or redistribute the app, reverse engineer it except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable where you live, scrape or automate searches, resell results, or use it to build a competing product.
SkyBooker sends the trip you describe to partner travel networks and shows you the offers they return, with the total price, taxes and fees, baggage allowance and connection type as reported by each seller. It is an intermediary. It does not sell tickets, stays or car hire, does not take payment, and does not hold a booking.
Offers are the sellers' information, retrieved at the moment of the search. Availability and prices change continuously, a fare can sell out between the search and the seller's checkout, and a seller can report a baggage fee or a rule incorrectly. We display what we are given and cannot verify it. Not every seller or airline is included; a cheaper option may exist elsewhere. Some results — labelled as self-transfer — are separate tickets combined by a seller, which means a missed connection is your responsibility and not the airlines'; the app shows this label so that you can avoid such itineraries if you wish.
When you choose an offer the app opens the seller's site. Everything from that point — the contract of carriage or accommodation, payment, confirmation, changes, cancellation, refunds, and complaints — is between you and the seller, under the seller's terms, and, for flights, the airline's conditions of carriage. We are not a party to that contract and cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. Contact the seller first for anything about a booking.
SkyBooker is free to use. Sellers pay us a commission when a booking is completed through a link from the app. This does not change the price you pay. Results are ordered by the criteria you choose (price, duration, departure time), not by the commission a seller pays.
You are responsible for checking the details of an offer on the seller's site before paying; for passport, visa, health and entry requirements of every country on your route; for the accuracy of the names and details you give the seller; and for arriving on time. Travel insurance is your decision and your own arrangement.
We may change, suspend or discontinue the app, the search service or any partner network at any time, and we may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it. Because the search service is operated by us and by partners, the app may be unable to return results from time to time.
You may stop at any time by deleting the app; deleting it removes the trips you saved. We may end your licence if you materially breach these terms. Sections 4, 5, 10, 11, 12 and 13 survive the end of this agreement.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any offer will be available or correctly priced, that the app will show every option, that the app or the search service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any seller will perform. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for lost profits, a missed flight or connection, a cancelled or changed booking, a fare that was no longer available or was priced differently at checkout, a seller's failure to perform, or any cost of travel, arising out of or relating to the app, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the app is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim, or twenty-five United States dollars.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising out of your misuse of the app, your breach of these terms, or your dealings with a seller.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there where such a right cannot be waived.
If you installed the app from Google Play, this agreement is between you and us, not with Google; Google is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it. Google's own terms for Google Play also apply to your use of the store.
If you installed the app from the App Store: this agreement is between you and us, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. If the app fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, a failure to conform to a legal requirement, or a claim under consumer-protection or privacy law. Apple is not responsible for investigating, defending or resolving any third-party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting, and that you are not on any United States list of prohibited or restricted parties.
These terms, with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the app. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this agreement; we may assign it to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
