SkyBooker

Privacy Policy

Effective 15 September 2026

SkyBooker searches for flights, stays and car hire and sends you to the seller to book. This policy explains what a search sends, who receives it, what the app keeps on your device, and what happens once you leave the app for a seller's site. It describes the app as it actually behaves.

The short version. There is no account. A search sends the trip you described — airports or cities, dates, number of travellers, cabin, currency — to a search service we operate, which forwards it to our partner travel networks and returns the offers. It does not send your name, your contact details or anything about you. The trips you save stay on your device. When you choose an offer, the app opens the seller's website; from that point you are dealing with the seller under its own privacy policy, and if you book, we may earn a commission from the seller. There is no advertising and no analytics service of any kind.

1. Who we are

SkyBooker is published by Apex Root Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its registered office in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, and its principal place of business in Cedar Hill, Dallas County, Texas. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

Contact us at support@apsoluts.com for any question about this policy, or to exercise any right described in section 10.

2. What a search sends

When you search, the app sends the parameters of the trip to a search service that we operate: the origin and destination of each leg, the dates, the number of adults, children and infants, the cabin class, your display currency, and the search options you chose (flexible dates, nearby airports, whether to include self-transfer connections). For stays and cars, the equivalent: destination, dates, guests or driver age, and filters.

That is all. The request contains no name, email, phone number, payment detail, device identifier or advertising identifier, and the app never asks for any. Like any internet request, it carries your device's IP address, which our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) sees in order to deliver it and which we do not store or use to identify you.

3. Who receives it

Our search service forwards the search to affiliate travel networks — at launch, the Travelpayouts network and the sellers that list through it, such as Aviasales, Kiwi.com and Booking.com — and returns their offers to the app. The networks receive the search parameters and the identifier that attributes the search to SkyBooker; they do not receive anything that identifies you. Our service caches responses for a short time so that repeated searches for the same trip do not have to be sent again, and it logs errors (without the content of searches) so that we can keep it working.

4. When you choose an offer

Choosing an offer opens the seller's website in the app's built-in browser or your default browser. From that moment you are on the seller's site: anything you enter to book — your name, passport details, contact details, payment card — goes to the seller and to the systems it uses, under its own privacy policy, and we do not see it. The link the app opens carries an affiliate identifier so that, if you complete a booking, the seller can attribute it to SkyBooker and pay us a commission. That attribution tells us that a booking was made through the app; it does not tell us who made it.

5. What the app keeps on your device

None of this is sent to us. Deleting a saved trip removes it; deleting the app removes all of it.

6. Permissions

The app asks for no permissions: no location, no contacts, no photos, no notifications. Airports are chosen by typing.

7. Third parties

The parties described above — our infrastructure provider, the affiliate networks, and the sellers you choose to visit — are the only ones involved. There is no advertising network, no analytics service and no crash reporter in the app. The app stores (Apple, Google) handle installation and updates under their own policies.

8. Children

SkyBooker is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, child or adult. Bookings on a seller's site are subject to that seller's age requirements.

9. Security and retention

Searches travel over encrypted connections. We keep no record of your searches beyond the short-lived cache and error logs described in section 3, neither of which identifies you. Saved trips live on your device for as long as you keep them. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.

10. Your rights

Because we hold no data that identifies you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or erase on request; everything the app keeps is on your device and under your control. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to object to processing, to portability and to complain to a supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in California law. For your data held by a seller you booked with, contact that seller.

11. International transfers

We operate from Texas, in the United States. Our search service runs on a global edge network and the partner networks operate internationally, so a search may be processed outside your country. Since a search contains no information that identifies you, no transfer of your personal data to us takes place; what you give a seller is governed by that seller's policy.

12. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.
