If this is an emergency, do not write to us. Call your local emergency number — 911 in the United States, 112 in most of Europe, 999 in the United Kingdom. Support email is read by people, not continuously, and cannot help in an emergency.
For everything else, write to support@apsoluts.com. Tell us what you were doing and what happened instead. There is no account to look up, and we hold none of your health information, so please do not send it to us — a description of the problem is enough.
No. The app explains what medical information usually means so that you can ask better questions. Only a clinician who can examine you can diagnose. Take the explanation to your appointment; do not act on it alone.
It stays on your device, encrypted, unless you confirm an analysis that the consent screen says is performed by our service — in which case only what you confirmed is sent, processed, and not kept. The specialist finder sends the postal code or name you typed to the public United States provider registry and nothing else. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Before any analysis it screens what you entered for warning signs — certain symptoms, severity answers or lab values. When it finds one it stops and shows guidance and your local emergency number, because that is more important than an explanation. If you believe it was a false alarm, you can still be assessed by a clinician; the app will not run the analysis until the concern has been addressed.
Settings → Require Face ID / biometrics. The app then asks for your face, fingerprint or passcode every time it opens.
In your Apple Account or Google Play subscriptions, not in the app — subscriptions are sold and managed by the store. Settings → Manage Plan opens the right screen. If it lapses, you keep everything you saved and return to the Free plan's monthly allowance.
Yes, as a family profile, if you are entitled to handle their health information and, for an adult, have their agreement. Their information is stored on your device with the same protections as your own.
Any analysis can be exported as a PDF to share with a clinician, and Settings → Export all data produces a file containing everything the app holds.
Settings → Delete all data erases every profile, analysis and consent record on the device. Deleting the app does the same. We hold no copy, so there is nothing further to request from us.
