MediVerify AI

Privacy Policy

Effective 15 September 2026

MediVerify AI works with the most sensitive information you have: your health. This policy explains exactly what the app collects, where it is kept, when anything leaves your device, and who sees it. It describes the app as it actually behaves.

The short version. There is no account. What you enter — symptoms, diagnoses, lab values, medications, photos of documents, dictated text, family profiles, questionnaire answers — is stored on your device, with the sensitive parts encrypted at rest, and can be locked behind Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or your passcode. Nothing is sent anywhere without a consent step you can see and later review. Three things can leave your device, each described below: the text and images you submit for an analysis, when the analysis is performed by our service rather than on the device; the postal code, name or organisation you type into the specialist finder, which is sent to the United States government's public provider registry; and, if you buy a plan, the store's purchase receipt. There is no advertising and no analytics service of any kind.

This policy covers both the iPhone and the Android app. Where they differ, the difference is stated in the section concerned.

1. Who we are

MediVerify AI is published by Apex Root Solutions LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Delaware, with its registered office in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware, and its principal place of business in Cedar Hill, Dallas County, Texas. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

Contact us at support@apsoluts.com for any question about this policy, or to exercise any right described in section 13.

2. Not a covered entity

MediVerify AI is a consumer app that you use directly. We are not a health care provider, health plan or clearinghouse, and the information you give the app is not a medical record held by a clinician. The United States Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) therefore does not apply to it. We say this so that you know which protections you have: the ones in this policy and in consumer privacy law, which we take at least as seriously.

3. What the app collects

Only what you give it, and only for the purpose you gave it for:

The app does not collect your contacts, your location history, your browsing, or any identifier for advertising.

4. Where the analysis happens

Every analysis begins with a review step: you see exactly what will be analysed and confirm it. Before that, and before any charge, the app screens what you entered on the device for emergency warning signs; if it finds one it stops and shows you emergency guidance instead of running the analysis.

Depending on the version of the app and the type of analysis, the analysis itself is performed either on your device or by our analysis service. The consent screen states which. When it is performed by our service, the text and images you confirmed are sent over an encrypted connection, processed to produce the explanation you see, and not retained by us beyond what is needed to return the result and to protect the service from abuse. We do not use your submissions to train models, and our model providers are contractually prohibited from doing so. Explanations cite public sources (the NHS, MedlinePlus, DailyMed, RadiologyInfo and similar); opening a citation takes you to that site under its own policy.

5. Finding a specialist

The specialist finder searches the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), a public registry operated by the United States Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. When you search, the postal code, clinician name or organisation you typed is sent to that registry. Nothing from your health information is included. CMS receives the query under its own terms. If you choose to share your location on the emergency screen, it is used on the device to show you the nearest emergency number and to open directions in your maps app; it is not sent to us.

6. Camera, photos, microphone and notifications

The camera and photo library are used only to attach a picture of a document when you ask to; the microphone only to dictate a description when you ask to. Nothing captured is stored or sent until you have reviewed it and consented. Notifications, if you allow them, remind you of things you set up in the app; the reminder text is composed on your device.

7. Purchases

Plans and single reports are sold through the App Store or Google Play. When you buy, the store sends the app a receipt confirming the purchase, and that receipt is what unlocks the plan. We never see your card or your billing address, and we do not link your purchase to your health information.

8. What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers or insurers. We do not run analytics, crash reporting or tracking of any kind in the app. We do not read your health information ourselves; where it reaches our service for an analysis, it is processed by software and not retained.

9. Children

MediVerify AI is for adults. It is not directed to children under 18. A family profile for a child may be created by that child's parent or guardian; that information is stored on your device like everything else and is subject to the same controls.

10. Security

Sensitive information is encrypted at rest using the platform's secure storage (the Keychain on iPhone, the Android Keystore), and the rest of the app's data is protected by your device's file encryption. You can require Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or your passcode to open the app. Transmission to our analysis service, when it occurs, is encrypted in transit.

No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise. Because your information lives on your device, protecting the device — its lock, its backups, who can pick it up — is the largest part of protecting the data.

11. Retention

On your device, information stays until you delete it. You can delete a single analysis, a profile, or everything at once from Settings; deleting the app removes all of it. On our service, submissions for analysis are not kept once the result has been returned, other than short-lived operational logs that do not contain the content of your submission.

12. International transfers

We operate from Texas, in the United States. Where an analysis is performed by our service, it is processed in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you consent to that transfer when you confirm an analysis, and it is protected by the encryption and non-retention described above.

13. Your rights

Everything the app holds is on your device and under your control: view, edit, export and delete any item, and see the consent ledger for every analysis. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we retain no copy of your data, the practical way to exercise most of these rights is within the app; for anything else, write to support@apsoluts.com. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are used in California law, and we treat health information as sensitive personal information under that law.

14. Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your data — in particular, if it changes where an analysis is performed — we will say so in the app and ask for your consent again before it takes effect.
