Support

Write to support@apsoluts.com. A person reads it. Telling us your device, your iOS or Android version, and the language pair you were translating will usually save a round trip.

A translation looks wrong

Check the badge on the result. On-device means it came from a downloaded model, AI translation means it came through our server, and Built in means it came from the bundled phrasebook. Quality varies a great deal by language pair. If a specific phrase is reliably wrong, send it to us with both languages and we will look at it.

It says it cannot reach the translation service

Languages you have not downloaded need a connection. Check Settings → Diagnostics in the app, which reports what it can and cannot reach and why. If "Stay on device only" is switched on, languages without a downloaded pack will refuse rather than fall back to the server — that is the setting working as intended.

I have used up my free translations

The free tier includes a small number of online translations each day, and it resets daily. Translation in a language you have downloaded is unlimited and does not count against it. LinguaGo Pro removes the daily limit.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, and only they can cancel one. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → your profile → Payments and subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Restoring a purchase on a new phone

Open the paywall in LinguaGo and choose Restore, signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought with.

Deleting what the app has stored

Settings has a control that deletes history, flashcards, phrasebooks, downloaded packs and preferences in one step. There is no account, so there is nothing on a server of ours to delete.
