AscendFlare
Write to support@apsoluts.com. A person reads it, during business hours in the US Central time zone.
Every API response carries a request id in the x-request-id
header, and every failed publish, launch or post shows one in the app. Quoting
it lets us find the exact event in our logs without guessing.
Open Campaigns and press the kill switch. Every campaign in the workspace is paused on the advertising platform immediately and nothing can be activated until an owner releases it. You can also pause a single campaign from its launch page. If the platform's own dashboard still shows it running after a minute, pause it there too and write to us with the request id — the platform is authoritative, AscendFlare's safeguards are a second line.
AscendFlare cannot recall a change the store has already applied. Every publish keeps the previous value in the audit log (History): open the entry, copy the "before" value into a new draft, approve it and publish it back. On Google Play the change is usually live within minutes; on the App Store it goes in with your next version submission.
Instagram and TikTok process media asynchronously and can take several minutes; AscendFlare polls until the platform answers. A failure shows the platform's own message in the queue. The usual causes are an expired authorisation (reconnect on Connections), a format the destination doesn't accept via API (the studio warns before you confirm), or media the platform rejected. Retry from the queue once the cause is fixed.
Platform tokens expire (Meta after 60 days, LinkedIn after 60 days, Google after 6 months of non-use) or lose permissions when someone changes them on the platform. AscendFlare checks daily and warns owners a week ahead. Reconnect from Connections; nothing else changes.
AscendFlare falls back from its AI engine to a rule-based one when the workspace's monthly AI cap is reached, when the model provider is unavailable, or when no model key is configured. The drafts are still grounded in the listing and reviews, but plainer. Owners can raise the cap on the Account page.
On the Account page: Export my account and, for owners, Export this workspace download everything as JSON (credentials are never included). Delete workspace and Delete account are below them; both ask you to type the name or email to confirm. Deleting a workspace revokes connected platform access where the platform allows it and removes stored media and data; the audit log of past actions is kept as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not pause live campaigns — do that first.
Disconnect on Connections, which revokes the token where the platform supports it. You can also remove it on the platform's side: Google security settings → third-party access; Facebook settings → Business integrations; TikTok settings → Security → Manage app permissions; LinkedIn settings → Permitted services.
AscendFlare only reads reviews the store already shows to everyone, and quotes them only inside drafts the workspace sees. Write to us with the app and the text of the review and we will remove the quote.
